When I first created this blog (first blog post was in October, 2002 ) I decided for a Portuguese only blog. Over time I started writing more in english. By writing in english my blog reaches out to more people. As I started my PhD I felt that the english version should become preponderant, tough I still keep many blog parts in Portuguese. Also, from time to time I turn back to Portuguese and for that I’m sorry to all non-Portuguese readers (You can try to read between the lines with Google Translate).
In the end I chose to write it mainly in english, at least while the PhD isn’t finished, as it helps me organize and share ideas with the network of PhD students around the world.
Obviously comments are welcome and can be in any language you like, although I don’t promise to answer all of them.
